OBJECTIVE
Flight Attendant Course
- The course focuses on developing vocabulary related to airport procedures, flight announcements, dealing with passengers and their needs, emergency situations, as well as grammatical structures commonly used in these contexts, such as the passive voice, modals/auxiliaries, phrasal verb and idiomatic expressions and reported speech.
- Listening and speaking exercises to simulate realistic communication scenarios.
- Customer service interactions.
- Emergency situations
- Role-play activities
- Pronunciation exercises to improve clarity and effectiveness in communication
- Reading to practice pronunciation and fluidity In addition to language skills, the course aims to increase cultural awareness among flight attendants, introducing them to the norms and expectations of English-speaking passengers
- Upon completion of the course, flight attendants should be able to communicate confidently and effectively with passengers, colleagues, and aviation authorities in a variety of situations
