Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
The SYFY (SYFY) Project/Program Manager, designs, implements and
maintains operational front-line supervisory leadership courses and training for
new first level Air Traffic, System Operations and Technical Operations
operational supervisors. I am responsible for maintaining familiarity with
and observing air traffic control training processes and operations to monitor and
implement the SYFY Program and other Air Traffic Organization (ATO)
operations-focused leadership development program(s). I review and evaluate
proposed changes in air traffic control policy and procedures, terminal/enroute
functions, equipment, and regulation to assess impact on the SYFY Program.
I manage a team that develops critical and highly customized leadership and
management competencies necessary for successful supervisory performance in
ATO operational environments. I developed a SYFY KSN site to create, track
and maintain comprehensive program plans including documentation of program
scope, timeline, milestones, metrics, budget, contracts, resources, and
partners/customers.
